Hello @Mcflynn

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I understand that you need to retrieve the history for documents you’ve signed through Docusign, especially for court purposes, and I’m happy to guide you through the best way to get this information.
Here are the best ways to obtain the information.

  • If you have an existing DocuSign account, envelopes are visible in your account under the completed folder or inbox. You can open the document, download the Certificate of Completion, or view the History.
  • Check your email. After signing, Docusign typically sends a completion email. In some cases, this email may include a copy of the completed document and the certificate.
  • Contact the sender. We recommend that you contact the sender of the document and request the Certificate of Completion or the Envelope History. You may provide them with the envelope ID to help them locate the records quickly.

Hope this helps!
