Corelation Keystone to Docusign forms submit

Hi,

After mapping signature fields in the forms in Keystone to Docusign, we are able to submit forms from Keystone to Docusign without having to check the Suspend On Start checkbox in keystone before submitting to avoid the SOAP error. The form automatically submits, but only the primary gets notified. The joint does not get notified. Has any one else faced this issue?
