Unable to create developer account

I can't create a developer account now. I clicked the button to create a developer account, but nothing happened.
I tried various methods based on existing posts, but I couldn't create a developer account.
Is there any solution?

Could you please try connecting to a VPN and then try creating an account again?

I'm also having trouble creating a developer account. I've already tried several different solutions, including using a VPN. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem—I can't create a Developer account. I've tried three different PCs, enabling/disabling VPN, using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and LibreWolf), private/incognito mode, both home and work networks, and cleared history, cache, and cookies. I also tried on an Android tablet.

When I click the Get Started button, nothing happens. There’s no error message in the console, except for:
DS_DRT|RES|End → fs.js:4

Any help would be appreciated!

I am sorry about your issue with creating a Developer account.

Could you please try this link: Docusign Developer Account? Also, is this your first time creating a Developer account? Other customers I've assisted with this issue found multiple Docusign accounts associated with the email address in Pending Activation, the work email address used is claimed by an Organization, or doesn't allow using the emails outside their work tools. Any additional information you can provide would be helpful.
