Saving All Docs in Bulk

Question

Hello! I am wondering if there is a way to save all the docs in our account. I would like to do this in bulk and save them all to a zip. Is this possible?

Hello, @Katie StoltWelcome to the Docusign Community!How many completed envelopes we’re talking about?Depending on the quantity you could download every completed envelope individually, but if it’s a lot of completed envelope you could use Docusign Retrieve where is possible to download as a bulk, however in this case you need to contact our Support team:https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-do-I-contact-DocuSign-Customer-Support?language=en_USHow to use Retrieve:https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=oyh1657217277873&topicId=ktg1667856889750.html&_LANG=enusAnother possibility would be using Agreement Actions, create a Rule to save completed envelopes to Google drive, OneDrive, Box, Sharepoint and others as ZIP files. It sounds like you can just download the envelope not the actual document. We would like to retain a copy of all of of our documents - it seems like all searches on this yield responses but the responses are never quite relevant.
