Template Scheduled Sending Definition endpoint purpose

How can we set sending schedule for template if it’s supposed to be used in future. I’m referring to this resource https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/envelopeworkflowdefinition/updatetemplatescheduledsendingdefinition/.

Can someone explain this, please?

Hi,

I’m trying to understand what’s the point of scheduling TEMPLATE sending. Template is an object that you will reuse in the future to send envelopes.
I don’t have any goal, I just wonder what does this endpoint.
