Production account does not support API integrations (JWT works in demo)

Hi,

I have a working DocuSign integration in the demo environment using JWT authentication and templates.

When trying to move to production, I get the error:
"These accounts don't support API integrations".

I have already contacted sales multiple times but received no response.

We are ready to go live and need API access enabled for our production account.

What is the fastest way to enable this?

I hope this message finds you well.

I recommend opening a support ticket and including the following information:

  • The Account ID to which you are trying to promote the integration key

  • The integration key being promoted

  • A full-screen screenshot of the error you are encountering (this helps capture any relevant information that may appear in the browser URL)

  • A screenshot of the Integration Key details (Admin → Apps and Keys → edit the integration key in the demo environment and capture its details)

  • Confirmation that you are an administrator in the target account, as only account administrators can request changes if needed

With the information above, we will be able to review your account settings and validate whether all requirements for promoting integration keys are met. If anything is missing, we can advise on or apply the necessary changes, depending on your plan.
