Our company has two Docusign accounts, one of which is linked to Ironclad. Periodically, at random periods, the integration goes off and any signature process is stopped. We are obliged to log on to Docusign and relink the two apps. This behaviour is not normal, since a link validly affirmed should be permanent. If there is a periodic reset for whatever reason (e.g. security) this should be clearly stated so that the relinking of accoints can be made object of a procedure to ensure uninterrupted functionality. The issue is critical as it interruprs workflows and prevents the signature of contracts. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

Hello JSchneider.
Have you contacted Ironclad and reported the issue? As Docusign does not control external applications, Ironclad might be losing the connection internally, hence, needing to reconnect Ironclad with Docusign.
Internally, there's no option to maintain or extend connections between external applications, although if they are connecting their services with API, OAuth has a default expiration which can be found at https://developers.docusign.com/platform/auth/ but the implementation needs to be done on Ironclad's side.
