Increase the size of the signature window.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the signature adoption window via API.

It’s such a shame …

We use your API for embedded signature in our application. The salespeople have small PCs for practicality and your window for signing is just too small.

Could you consider adding this feature to your backlog?

Is this a use case with “in-person signing”? Otherwise the sales people would just need to have a Docusign account and only once provide their signature, which will then be saved in their Docusign account for all signature transactions that happen afterwards for that specific sales person.

​@Michael.Rave salespeople can save their signature, but new clients cant. I need them to sign new contracts on our application via your API.

Understood, then there is unfortunately nothing you can configure to enhance their signature process on the small PCs.
