IAL2 IDV not using customized email body when sending documents to user

Hello,We are using IAL2 compliance identity verification and want to customize email body when sending documents to customers. I am sending my template in emailblurb property within envelope definition. But somehow it is overrriding and sending me some default email. Can you please help me here? Do we have any restrictions on email body if we are using IAL2 IDV ? Thanks!

Hi ​@sgajjelly! We’d need to see your request body in its entirety to check out what could be happening. I’d recommend opening a support case with us via the support portal. Or if you can redact all the personally identifiable information and post your JSON payload here by capturing it via API Request Logging, that would also work.
