I have connected the app I developed in a sandbox environment. How do I get access to a production API?

Please help me understand how to access the Go Live functionality so that I can access production environment? I need to be able to send legally binding documents through my app.  I am not a programmer but I used Claude to make an app and everything works except this.  Thx for the help.

Hi there, you need to start the Go-Live to promote your integration key to Production. The steps are described at https://developers.docusign.com/platform/go-live/.

Right next to the integration key, you will see the Actions button. Clicking on it should display a GoLive option. If you are not seeing it, it means you didn't select the integration type inside the key's settings. After setting it, you will be able to see the Go-Live option inside Actions button.
