How to create notarizeTabs with API

I’m trying to create notarizeTabs with Signature API. 

Can I ask for help? I’m 100% sure I’m providing correct template, recipient and document id’s.

Please review your RecipientID to make sure it matches a recipient in the template you are trying to update.
