hi docusign team i requested before 48 hours for go live after all successfully calling api for 20 times but now status show declined can i know the reason behind this?

You go live can be declined for a few reasons documented here: https://developers.docusign.com/platform/go-live/

You can fill in a form to have it analyzed: Declined: Your app requires manual review. Select the form link provided with this status and provide additional information about your account. Your manual review should be complete within 24–48 hours.
