Go Live Status for my Docusign App

The Go Live Status for my App is "Pending approval" along with an alert at the top that says "After submitting for review and signing the envelope, please allow for 48 hours and DO NOT submit for review again", but it also shows a link that says "Click here to proceed". Should I click on this link or should I wait for 48 hours as the alert says?
