Thank you for your message, sorry to hear that you’re running into trouble. It looks like you’re leveraging an iFrame for the embedded signing view - if that’s the case, could you try it in a new tab to see if it loads? We try to discourage using an iFrame as there are certain settings that don’t work with them with embedded signing/sending and the trouble in troubleshooting issues with them.
