Download the IDV Evidence using API

Yes, you should be able to download the IDV Evidence after the recipient has completed it, even if the envelope is still in progress.

As mentioned by Michael above, you should be able to download the IDV Evidence (events or media) as long as you have sent an IDV envelope, the recipient have completed the IDV process, and they have signed the envelope.
