Hello, I am trying to create a developer account. But it didn't let me create in a first step. it just does nothing when clicking on button can you please look into it . the details i am trying to signup is as follows
it gives me error in the console Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED
Is someone facing the same issue?

For free accounts, Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue. Link: Get Support
