I am trying to create a developer account. But it didn't let me create in a first step. it just does nothing when clicking on button can you please look into it . the details i am trying to signup is as follows
it gives me error in the console Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED
Is someone facing the same issue?

This request is still being blocked by the Service Protection team, and unfortunately, we do not have an alternative way to bypass it at this time.
We apologize for the difficulties with the registration. we recommend opening a support case so our Technical team can review the registration attempt and the specific error message received. Link: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center
For free accounts, Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue. Link: Get Support
