Hi,

I have one new user receiving this error. When I go to the link to resolve the issue here, the instructions are different than what I see in my Salesforce DocuSign app and I am an Administrator.

I am sorry to hear that your user is unable to access this envelope, but I will assist you in solving the issue.  These steps are described in the guide related to this error are making reference to the DocuSign eSignature Web App, and not the Salesforce integration. To locate these settings, log in through the link below and go to the Settings tab to make the changes needed.
