why is there no way to input a Canadian postal code in the profile?!

Cannot input Canadian postal code into profile!

There is no way to input the postal code- only American which is all numeric- Canadian involves numbers and letters. Key board presented for input only has numbers. Really?!

Try entering only the first 5 numbers of your Zip Code without letters. If that still doesn't work, try entering “00000.”
