I can see the ‘specify recipients’ option in settings, but it is greyed out. I am currently on a Business Pro trial subscription. How do I enable these options? Thanks.

We would need to determine from your account if this feature is enabled as it is a paid feature.
Kindly send me a direct message of your Docusign Account Number and email address.
Please include your billing address and last 4 digits of the card used on file for security verification.
