I have a user who is trying to link a DocuSign form to a website for students to use their email to fill out and have parents sign with them but when the link is clicked, we receive "The document has been suspended and is not currently active. please contact the sender" error. Please advise.
when i click website link i get routed to docusign and see "The document has been suspended and is not currently active. please contact the sender" what if i am the sender

Thank you for providing the requested information. As discussed via private message, we identified that the Powerform is inactive and not associated with any Template. The original template associated with the Powerform was possibly edited, such as the document being replaced while the Powerform is still active, and this caused the issue. Please request the Powerform sender to activate a new Powerform link directly from the Template👉 Create a PowerForm
