Is there a way I can have the results of a completed webform automatically emailed to my inbox?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community. 

Yes, you can. To have the results of a completed Web Form automatically emailed to your inbox, add yourself (or anyone who needs to be notified) as a "Receives a Copy" recipient in the Web Form template.

To set this up:

  1. Edit the Web Form template and go to Add Recipient.
  2. Add the recipient who will complete and sign the Web Form.
  3. Add the person who should receive a copy of the completed form and set their role to Receives a Copy.
  4. Ensure the Receives a Copy recipient is placed after the signer in the routing order.
  5. Save the template.
