I am the Admin on our company’s DocuSign account and I am the only one that creates templates. I have shared certain templates with specific department staff. However, no matter what specific templates I have shared with them, they are able to see ALL templates I have uploaded.
Is there a way to limit their view to ONLY the templates that have been shared with them?

Hello @Turtle.Island ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
This might be because of their permission profile which is set to “Use”, this permission allows the user to use shared and created templates by others.
Following the link below on how to share a template should share the particular template only.
I hope this helps. Please "Select as Best" below if you find the answer to be useful.

Hi @marco.tanglao
Thank you for sharing that. I forgot to mention that the users do need to be able to upload/attach a document to the template envelopes prior to sending them. Which pretty much means they need to be able to edit it. I have only been able to give them access to that by setting their permission profile to “Use”. Is there a way around this?
Hello @Turtle.Island,
You must select “Create” permission for template.
This allow user to edit the template shared to them.
Additionally if there are some templates that you shared and you don’t want them to edit. You can edit the template and go to Advanced Options > Template Modification & Usage.
