User permission issue

Hi ,

I am calling docusign for using create envelope method .But I get the following error message . Is anyone familiar with this ? Thanks .

Error=This User lacks sufficient permissions. User does not have the permision to the CreateEnvelopeFromTemplates method

@SandyR Usually this means the user account you are using for authentication does not have use template permissions or failed to authenticate correctly. If that is not the case, please open a case with our Customer Support Team by clicking "Continue" below the eSignature option and logging in with your Docusign credentials.
