User Access History

I understand your inquiry about the history of users' access to their accounts. Great question!

Currently, we don't have a report or feature that allows you to pull the user's login history. I can see why this could be a beneficial feature for you. We encourage you to submit this as a suggestion for our development team's consideration. You can share this on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
