I’m reaching out to ask if it’s possible to merge two DocuSign accounts. Our brokerage recently set up a new account using a different email address, as the original account (associated with Gmail) is no longer allowing us to access Rooms.

Is there a way to transfer all documents from the old Gmail account to the new one? Also, what steps can I take to regain access to the original account?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.

At this time, Docusign does not offer a way to merge two separate accounts directly. If your accounts are not under the same Organization, there is no option to process the envelope transfer.

Regarding access to your original account, if no device verification has been set up for the account, even if you no longer have access to the email, as long as you know the account's password, you can still log in to that account and access your documents.

Hi Jenny,

 

We have the correct email and password. However, after putting in the log-in credentials, it’s not going through. It keep going back to the log-in page. Tried logging in through DociSign e-Signature page and this is what we see before we lose access
