Updating Payment Source

 I’ve been trying to update the payment source info. I have tried to update and pay pal and 3 different cards, and it keeps declining. These cards I use every day and have no issue elsewhere. I cannot seem to open a ticket. I need to speak to a live person. This is a big inconvenience.
