Hey guys. So, I cannot change my signature on a document I received. I’ve tried clearing cache, changing my signature in my profile, and using different devices, but it keeps forcing my old one. What can I do? Please help!

Please reference this document how to Change Your Signature:
Note: These restrictions apply to changing signatures:
- You must have a Docusign account to implement multiple signatures.
- You can only have one signature per full name.
- When you adopt a new signature, this action deletes and replaces the previous signature.
- If you are the only signer, you cannot select a saved signature.
- If you are a first-time signer, you cannot modify your signature after you initially adopt your signature (as described in the Adopt your signature article).
You need register a Docusign account before receive your envelope.
