If you’re just looking to wrap up your subscription but still want access to your completed documents, we recommend switching to a free plan instead of closing your account entirely. If you decide to close the account, we suggest downloading any documents you want to keep first. Once your account is closed, you won’t be able to view them again.

Here’s how to get started:

• Download or print your documents
• Cancel or downgrade your Docusign account
• If you signed up on a mobile device:
  • Cancel via the App Store
  • Cancel via Google Play
