I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However, when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this? It seems i dont have access to upload documents can you please check on priority basis?

There are a few common reasons you might not see the option to send:

  • Your user permissions might not include sending rights. (If that’s the case, your Docusign admin can update them.)
  • You may be logged into the wrong account—double check the email address and login.
  • Some accounts only allow sending via templates. If so, your admin can clarify your setup.
