Unable to upload envelope for signature

Question

I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However, when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this? It seems i dont have access to upload documents can you please check on priority basis?

(If that’s the case, your Docusign admin can update them.)You may be logged into the wrong account—double check the email address and login.Some accounts only allow sending via templates.
