Hello,
My colleague is unable to immediately sign his own DocuSigns when he adds himself as the 1st recipient.
He is able to click “Sign Now” as seen in screenshot 1.
But does not have the signing box like I do as seen in screenshot 2.
Could you please advise?

You may try to do basic troubleshooting by following these steps before you try to re-access the envelope:
To clear the cache and cookies in your browser, follow the instructions based on your specific browser:
Desktop browsers:
Chrome:
Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data".
Choose the time range and select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click on "Clear data."
Firefox:
Click on the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "Options" and select "Privacy & Security" from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click "Clear Data".
Check the boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content".
Click on "Clear".
