Hello,

Anyone experiencing issues with people trying to sign documents but the screen just flashes and does not allow them to sign?  I have many users that just start having this issue.  They don’t receive any errors, just a quick flash and nothing happens.

I’m sorry that you’re having issue signing an envelope due to the screen just flashes. Let me do my best to provide you a resolution to have this issue resolved.

What we recommend is for you to do the basic troubleshooting steps that most of the time resolves issue like this.
 

To clear the cache and cookies in your browser, follow the instructions based on your specific browser:

Desktop browsers:

Chrome:
Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data".
Choose the time range and select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click on "Clear data."

Firefox:
Click on the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "Options" and select "Privacy & Security" from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click "Clear Data".
Check the boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content".
Click on "Clear".

Hi,

If I may be included, we're experiencing a similar issue. The difference is that once we select to sign the document, we can’t access the website. I’ve followed the suggested steps above (like clearing the cache), but I still can’t access the site to e-sign. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

  • Have you tried to use a different browser or on a different device?
  • Are you using the link sent by the sender or through your docusign account?
  • If the above won't work, please send a screenshot of any error you’re getting.
