“Unable to create the envelope.”

I’ve tried everything. I’ve cleared my cache, tried multiple browsers, I’ve even duplicated the templates, changed my password, tried to create a new template (even blank), but the thing is, I can’t even ‘create’ a new template. I get the same error “Unable to create the envelope.”

I’m completely stuck, and i’ve got clients waiting!

  • Have you made any changes to your account, like a plan change from a trial to a paid plan?
