Hello, I am a DocuSign administrator and I have the ability to transfer draft envelopes of mine to other users within the same account.  I went and transferred 30+ of my drafts to another user within my account a couple hours ago and they can not see it. I transferred over a single draft envelope and they saw it within minutes.  I looked in my deleted and its not there and i looked in their deleted and its not there. Is this a timing issue where it takes time to transfer ownership? If not can this be recovered? It took a couple days to make these drafts and do not want to delay this project by remaking envelopes.

Hello, @john.conigliaro

I’d suggest to you and your colleague, this:

  • Logout from your accounts
  • Open an incognito window
  • Login again
  • Try to see if the envelopes were transferred

Try another browser too.

Let us to know.
