Hi, I can see that this error has come up a few times over the last year+ but I cannot find any resolution. I am getting it on a template. I’ve gone through the fields and can’t see an issue. Is this a bug?

Can you please provide additional information about this error. Are you experiencing this when trying to send a specific template or does this appear when creating a new envelope?
Please provide a screenshot for reference as well. Kindly note not to include any personal data on the screenshot such as your email address, address etc.
