I just have some questions to understand the issue better. 

• Can you please describe, step-by-step, what you were doing when the issue appeared? Is the problem with creating a template, sending an envelope, or signing an envelope? Is the text on the PDF included before uploading, or is it a text you inserted in Docusign?
• Would you happen to have the exact error or screenshots of the issue that you could provide? (Please conceal any Personally Identifiable Information as this is a public forum.)
