Text Formatting. How do I removal the white background?

Does anyone know how to remove the white background that shows up when I input text on a document? It makes the agreement I’m filling out look funky. Thanks in advance!

The white background that appears behind input text during signing is a known behavior. An enhancement request has already been submitted to address it, but currently, there’s no option to adjust or remove it.
