On the Standard Plan DocuSign, can i make text box in a template be / allow multi-lines?
I cannot see that option on the left or right menus.

Thanks for posting your question!
Text fields are free form text and do not support bullets or lists. The closest you can get is to wrap to a new line if the text's length exceeds the text field's width (The field should be formatted appropriately to restrict text width, and manually sized to be at least two lines tall).
ATB/DocGen could handle this better (but it'd either be text directly on the document, or it'd be individual text fields for each line item).
You can share this as a product suggestion on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.

Hi, I’d just like to bring this topic back up as it is something I’m trying to do as well. The new editor does not allow multi-line text fields. Is this a feature that varies between plans?
I do not see that as a feature in the details of any plan.
It seems like it would be basic functionality as you would not be able to create free form text fields that require more than just one line of text. I do not want my recipients to have to scroll within the text box to see its entire contents. And printing to PDF/paper would truncate any information in a field that does not fit within that single line.

Hi there, I am having the same issue. We have Docusign IAM. I want to be able to allow multi lines, like bullets or lists, in my text fields. I cant find a way to enable it.
Is this possible? If so, how?
