We are creating a rather complex document / form for someone to sign. They need to answer questions (yes/no and true/false) and are using conditional formatting for a few of them as well. However, we would like to test out the form before sending it but it seems like the only way to test is to send it to ourselves. Is there any way a document can be viewed/tested without going through the signing process? It would be a big help! Thanks.

Hello
Welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate you taking the time to participate. Thank you for your question.
While you can’t fully bypass the signing process when sending documents for signature, you do have a few options to test your documents before sending.
- You can use the “Preview” function to preview your envelope and documents within the web interface without sending them out.
- Use a Docusign Developer (demo) account, which will let you simulate, sign, and send envelopes in a risk-free environment. You can sign up for a free developer account here
