Note: Your access to templates is controlled by your user permissions, as defined by your Docusign administrator. If you cannot create or edit, or even use templates, check with your administrator.

However, I am the only user. Do I need a higher package to create a template or have I been setup incorrectly?

I used docusign through a third party (REIQ).

Thanks Christopher,

The issue was a reduced function licence provided by the third party.

Take care and God bless,

Peter

Hi,

I have a similar problem, however in this case I am an administrator and I want to give access to create a template to another employee. How can I give them such access? I looked in the settings, but could not find what I was looking for.

Best,

Mathieu

@Mathieu - Paralegal

You need to a new Permission profile with the ability to create Templates.  I recommend you create a Copy of the DS Sender and the appropriate level of Template access.  Once that is done. you can add users to this profile.
