The codes purchased through Techsoup are not working to add extra seats that I just purchased.

 

Our renewal rate is set to renew at full price instead of the perpetual subscription price we paid last year.

 

I have opened a support case with Docusign, I then added another support case with Docusign since the department my original case is going to doesn't seem to understand the issue.

 

Please help
