I am wondering why i am still being billed months after unsubscribing. If this problem is not fixed and I am refunded I will get a lawyer.

It won't let me open a case since I no longer am a paid subscriber. I'll just contact my lawyer. Thanks.

We respect your decision to seek legal advice. If at any point you would like to try submitting a case instead, the workaround for creating a case is to use the bottom part of the page, which allows you to submit a case without logging in to your account.

Link: Get Support > More support options > I can't access my account > Other issues.
