When creating a new stamp from an image I set the stamp height to the desired height but when I apply the stamp on a document it does not show the correct height. Comparing it to another stamp that was previously created of the same size it’s clear that the size isn’t consistent between the two stamps. Any ideas?

I understand you're noticing a size inconsistency when applying a custom stamp in DocuSign, even though the height settings are the same as a previously created stamp.
Since we don’t have visibility into how the stamp was created or applied on your end, I’d recommend starting fresh with a new stamp to rule out any setup issues.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, we recommend that you submit a case to our DocuSign Support team so we can further investigate.
