SMS & Whatsapp Delivery

Can we choose both SMS and Whatsapp delivery methods for an envelope recipient? Has anyone tried it before?

Hi @neethujkp,

As of now, DocuSign does not allow you to send both SMS and WhatsApp at the same time, but it’ll be possible in the near future. 🙂
