I have to sign with Docusign a document already signed by other parties with their signer-held digital certificates. But when I do it, DocuSign certificate is added and valid, but the other certificates are no longer valid. How can I make these certificates remain valid when I sign ?

Hi
Welcome to the Docusign Community!
We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.
I am sorry to hear that your DocuSign Electronic signature is overriding your document’s Digital Signatures, but I will share more details on the topic. The reason why this is happening is that all signatures in a completed envelope must take place within its original signing order. Once the document is completed, any change to its configuration will void the signatures in it. The only solution to this issue will be having the document’s sender recreate the envelope and including all the necessary signers in its signing order.
Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.
Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
