Signature placement - does the line in the box go on the signature line, or does the bottom of the signing box sit on the signature line?

To show you the best way to place the signature is to look at the arrow and place this on the line with the left hand side at the start as shown. With the other fields look carefully at the word TEXT as this is where it will print the text on the document. Dont look too much at the box line around the text.
As you can see below how to place and how it would look. My signature on my test account does not have the frame which your system probably would have.

The preview can be helpful to check fields alignment before you send a document out, and you can also create a free sandbox account here to send documents for free without wasting envelopes:

I find that most fields don't have the same alignment so it's great to test with the sandbox!
