Yes, there is.
The best way is to create a template based in the document that you want to send. In the template you can manually place all the fields where you want so the next time you use the template, those fields will be placed at the same location, however there is another option named Auto Place. Auto place permits to you configure in which text (a word or phrase) the fields must be placed every time that you use that template.
