The signature block of one of the signers has been mislocated to within the body of the letter.  I know both blocks were set up to be beside each other, and am not sure of how this happened and more importantly, how to correct it without invalidating the signatures.

Besides requesting the signers go through this process again, what can be done?  And, what will prevent this from happening again?

Hello @Ben54,

Thank you for reaching out here, we want to welcome you to the Docusign Community, I appreciate you bringing your question to this Community.

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand the signature block of one of the signers has been misallocated and you want to know how can you change it without invalidating the other signatures.

I apologize but once a recipient completes their part on the envelope, no changes can be made, you will need to start over again from scratch, I suggest using the Preview mode to confirm that all the fields are working as expected.

Once you finish adding documents, recipients, messages, and signing fields, you can preview your work and then send your envelope. The top navigation bar allows you to preview, save, or discard the envelope, while the bottom navigation bar allows you to send the envelope. You can also use the preview mode to view each recipient's signing experience and check field entries. Preview and Send
