I sent an envelope to three people. When the second person signed, the first person’s signature disappeared. A third person signed and still the first person’s signature has disappeared. Please help.

Hello ​@Ma.Cubio.  It seems to be fine now.  I deleted the previous envelope and opened another, which worked perfectly.  Thanks for responding to my concern.
