I have this use case:

if i go on holiday or i am off for a while and i want to have a user or users to have access to my envelopes but not to all of them. only the ones that are in progress or just recently completed. i will require not only signing on my behalf but also to manage the envelope…

Is there a feature from docusign that allows just that? i am aware of delegated signing but this is more than that.

My understanding is that if i provide shared access, the person will be able to see my current and past envelopes…

Thank you

Hello @susa,

Thanks for reaching out to the Docusign Community!

Currently, there is no feature that offers a way to give someone access to only specific envelopes, such as those in progress or recently completed. Shared Access does allow another user to manage, edit, or send envelopes on your behalf while you’re away, but it grants visibility to all received or filed envelopes.
If this functionality would support your workflow, you can submit an idea post in the DocuSign Idea Portal for consideration in future enhancements. 👉 Create an Idea
