To clarify are you referring to a Disclosure created by your company? Or to the Docusign Disclosure?

If it is the first one the closest option that we offer is Supplemental Documents, Supplemental documents can be enabled for an account, and default recipient actions can be specified for signers to complete. These settings are applied to all permission profiles on the account. The options include requiring signers to view, accept, or read supplemental documents, and these interactions are logged in the History and Certificate of Completion for an envelope.

To enable the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure (ERSD) for your account, go to eSignature Settings and select Legal Disclosure. Choose whether you want recipients to accept the ERSD once for the account, once for each envelope, or once for each time they appear in the signing order. You can also enforce the frequency setting for all members on the account and allow recipients to withdraw their consent. Save your settings to enable the ERSD for your account.
